Good and tasty food.  Our noodle came out fast and hot.  Staff are polite and helpful.  Environment is clean.  Will recommend to our friends.

A lovely Sunday lunch with my 101 mother enjoying the company of all her children and some of her grandchildren. Wait staff were great and the food very good.Great spot for both lunch and dinner.

Zen never disappoints! Really good food, with generous portions, quick service, always smiling staff and very nice seating spaces.

Malay Cottage has become our regular eating venue whenever we crave for Malaysian food or Roast meats.Our favourite food items are the Fried Koay Teow ( CKT ), Flat Rice Noodle with Egg Sauce, Mee Goreng, Mixed Green Veggies with Chicken. For Roasted Meats, we enjoyed the roasted duck and crispy pork. For Lunch Special, Crispy Roast Pork Rice is our favourite. It costs AUD15.80 including a can soft drink or a cup of ice lemon or green tea. Check the Menu for other Lunch Specials. Staff are friendly and ambience is good but parking is an issue.

Second time here and the food was just as good. The fried koay teow and mee goreng were full of flavour and are highly recommended.. Tried the curry laksa in my first visit and that was good too. Overall, pretty authentic Malaysian hawker food.

Food was great. Please note it is in Swinburne uni campus so had more of a uni cafe vibe which I did not mind. Especially loved the sweet and sour pork and salt and pepper calamari.

Great little restaurant in Swinburne University that serves authentic Malaysian food. The fried kway teow was delicious and the roast duck was awesome too.
